Can't login / stuck at login screen

Hi, I can' seem to login, Every time I typed in my username and password or email and password it says logging in then goes back to login screen. I recently moved from Malaysia to australia, could that be the problem ?

 I doubt it's a location problem because both australia and malaysia are supported by spotify. Also, try resetting your password and logging back in. If it still doesn't work, try contacting spotify using these methods at this link: https://www.spotify.com/au/bout-us/contact/
