Can't login to spotify app

Hi, i'm having trouble loging in into spotify app. i tried changing the password several times already. I kept getting the same message "unable to login. either username or password is incorrect". I am pretty certain i have inserted a correct username and password. I have no problem loging in the website using the same username and password. I already contacted the help support and they changed my account to another email as i have a similar problem with my previous email address. please help
