I have a premium Spotify account and living in the Netherlands. Since a few weeks I cannot login to my account via the Spotify app as it states during login that I cannot use Spotify in a foreign country. But I am not in a foreign country; I can login via my browser. I have tried two devices; an iPhone and an android tablet and they both give the same message. My account is set to the Netherlands.
What can I do to get this fixed? It's very annoying
The account comes with my mobile phone contract in the Netherlands. The provider (Kpn) arranges this. Everything is setup in the Netherlands. I have another Spotify account that is provided by the same provider and this one is working fine
