Can't open/play Daily Mixes on phone app


Howdy everyone,

since about a week ago I've been unable to access any of my Daily Mixes on my phone, Samsung Galaxy Note 8 on Android version 7.1.1 (I can access them on my desktop app just fine.) Once I click on any of my mixes the screen says "Sorry, something went wrong. Please give it another try." A screenshot is attached.


I initially assumed it was bad internet connection or just a temporary problem so I just left it for a while. However the problem persists even after I've cleared cache & data, tried on different wifi + data, deleted and reinstalled the app, optimised my phone etc. 


I was wondering if anyone knew how to get around this or is experiencing the same issue. Thanks!

Can you let us know the Spotify version? You can find it in Settings > About Spotify. Also, does the same thing happens on another device? 


Last but not least, can you try the steps here for us: They should help with this.
