Can't pick songs over WiFi on Android phone

I've been using Spotify over various WiFi connections on my tablet for some time now.  I recently (finally) upgraded from a dumbphone to a spiffy new Moto G, and thought I'd put Spotify on it too.

Problem is, when I click a saved song, it won't play.  The shuffle button pulses, and the shuffle button DOES play stuff, but I can't pick individual songs.

I'm doing this over my home's WiFi on a free Spotify account.  I'm aware I can't stream thru the cell service without premium, but I was under the impression I could still stream without limits over WiFi on both tablets AND phones.

I'm afraid you can only shuffle play on a mobile phone, regardless of your connection. Check out the chart here.

Psh... thanks.  Seems stupid that I can't do on one device what I can do on another.  Especially when either one can fit in my pocket.

Back to Grooveshark (again), I guess.
