Can't reorder my songs

I noticed a while ago that I couldn't edit the order of my songs in my own playlists, on my android device. It was odd because I could do it on my previous one, which as iOS. I can do it on my computer but I don't want to have to turn it on everytime I want to reorder my songs. I looked around the internet if there were any answers to the problem but all topics were from 2015 and none of then worked. Can anyone help me out?

There are some sort options as described here but you can't drag individual songs to new positions as you can on an iphone. Welcome to the applecentric world of spotify.
