My Question or Issue

I can"t see the real-time lyrics feature. I never could. I uninstalled the app and installed it again, and nothing, it just doesn't appear. My boyfriend and I have the same device, we share the same account, and we are listening to the same song and he can see the lyrics and I can't see anything. Any idea what might be happening? Please help.
