Can't stop downloading songs automatically

My Question or Issue

Hello. So I keep having the same problem regarding my Library song's automatically downloading, even though I have disabled that function. Can't seem to find any solution as well. I do have enough space for the music, but I rather stream it than have it downloaded, so I decided to delete all Library songs through cache, yet after a while when connected to WiFi it starts the download automatically and I cannot stop it. Can see it in notification window yet pressing on it brings me nowhere. Is it really true I have to go through them one by one and disable them? My library isn't the smallest and it would be a headache. I am trying to find a faster solution
