Can't sync local files from windows 10 desktop to android phone

My Question

>I added local files to my playlist on desktop

>Said playlist is downloaded on both desktop and android phone

>Local files playing fine on said playlist on desktop

>Local files appear greyed out on said playlist on android phone

Hi there! Are both the devices connected to the same network?

If so, and it still does not works, try, in your phone, removing that playlist from downloaded and then adding it again.

hi, thank you for the reply. they are connected to the same network. i've tried the methods you mentioned and have also visited the help page. nothing works

Can you please try toogling offline mode? If it does work, please consider to mark it as a solution, and if it doesn't, please keep me informed so I can see what to propose next. 🙂

hi, thank you for the help. i'm not sure what i did but i just woke up and i was about to try your suggestion of toggling offline mode when i suddenly saw that my local files  were already in sync on my android phone. seems like the issue is resolved but i had no idea what solved it
