Did you manage to try out another network and seeing if the issue persists?
This will tell us whether this is something specific to your network, or whether there might be something up with the Spotify app, as you suggested.

It's not usual to listen music in another wifi network, I do it at home.
I could try at work, that's what I'll try to do even if I don't use to listen music in that place because I'm always busy talking with other people.
