Cannot Login on Spotify App

Op de laptop met Windows 8.1 kan ik inloggen met ww en inlogcode.

Op de Samsung S5 kan ik met dezelfde combinatie niet inloggen.

Heeft iemand een oplossing?

I have moved your message from the topic regarding disabling nuplayer on Android 5.x and created a new topic. Please can you first search the forums and if you can't find an answer create a new topic if you have an issue rather than just posting randomly in a pre-existing thread?

So, to your issue. Are you loging in on windows using an email address or facebook account? If Facebook sometimes you have to select 'new user' and then type in your details and it will register your account rather than going thrrough the 'existing user' route.

If using email please ensure your details are all correct and can you try checking your Account page?
