Cannot Rearrange Songs (No Edit button)

I can't arrange the songs in the playlist I created as there is no Edit button. I already reinstalled the app, but it has still no edit button.

Unfortunately, rearranging songs is not possible on Android at the moment. But you can vote for this idea and if it gathers enough votes it might get implemented by Spotify. Meanwhile, you can install the desktop application which supports rearranging by drag and drop.

I remember when I was using it in 2016, I was able to arrange the songs on my phone. They made this thing very inconvenient. I voted in that link. Thank you.
