Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome!

If you don't have access to the email address registered with your Spotify account, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support (you can find the link to contact them here). They can take a look and do their best to help with canceling any Premium subscription on your account as well as closing the account.

Feel free to then create a new Spotify account following the steps here (under "Create your account").
