Cannot login - app says 'Check your connection'

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

The app was working yesterday but today I got logged out of the app for no reason. Now I cannot get back in. I have tried stopping the app and rebooting but no difference.

Have tried it on network data and wifi.

Every time I try and login it says 'Check your connection'.

Even though it says I am offline it will send me password emails. But if I click the link it says it has expired. Now it says 'too many attempts' if I try and get another link.

Please spotify explain how I am supposed to login???????
