Cant Login At All!

Ok so here's my problem, I tried to login today but I don't remember my password. So I decided to do the obvious thing and reset my password but when I entered my email it said that there were no accounts with that email. So I decide to try to sign in using Facebook but that just didn't work at all! So now, what should I do?
