When I try to share songs from spotify to snapchat I get a message in the spotify app saying: Looks like something went wrong.

i am having the same issue
I am having this issue too with my new samsung galaxy s21 ultra, but no issues with my old s8. Very frustrating as I use this feature a lot!

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.
First up, we suggest that you make sure that you're logged into your Snapchat account and that the Snapchat app is updated.
Additionally, we recommend forcing quit both Spotify and Snapchat apps once and try again.
If these steps don't do the trick, could you send over the exact make/model, operating system and Spotify version of your device?
We need this info to keep investigating.
