Hello, I need a little help. 

So when it was time for my monthly autopay, I didn't have any money on my card, therefore it couldn't be processed. I received an email that said that Spotify would try again in a few days. 

At that time I had money on the card and it still did not go through and I received an email saying my premium account would be ending in 5 days. 

I assume it had to do with an issue regarding my card company. I called them earlier today and they told me that it should have gone through, and advised me to contact Spotify before they proceeded to make sure it wasn't an error on your company's end. 

I went through the troubleshooting procedures before contacting you. I reupdated my account information and card number and I also cancelled my account and reapplied. Entered my account info and the card still isn't going through.
