Yesterday I was trying to change the free plan by familiar plan, but during the process had a problem. The system crashed twice and I paid twice, but  the familiar plan doesn't implemented. And I can not talk to anyone. If someone can help me, I will be thankful.

In this case, we recommend getting in touch with our Accounts team so they can look into this. You can do it via Twitter, Facebook or, email: 

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
