Já faz 1 semana o premium no meu cartão (2x aliás) e minha conta é free ainda. Já realizei TODOS os procedimentos do "solução de problemas" do site.....sai r fiz login novamente, desinstalei e instalei...já verifiquei se tenho mais de 1 conta....

Hi Sophia, thank you for your attention.
I don't know what is happening with my spotify. I've already followed all the instructions online but my account is FREE yet, not premium 😞 And I was charged twice in my credit card.
What should I do?
