My Question or Issue

l just recently switched to Spotify, and I am currently a premium member. I often use the album radio feature of the app especially when I am outside streaming through my data plan. However when there are areas where there is poor connectivity, my Spotify will then go offline. But then when connectivity is back to being okay, I cannot reconnect my app anymore, unless I restart my phone, which is very inconvenient. I wonder if there is a refresh feature in the app. Hope you solve this issue.

Could you try a quick clean reinstall of the app? Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
