Could not see Sonos devices

Could not see Sonos devices

I have a Sonos system - I can play Spotify music through that via the 'listen on device' function on the Android app.  At the weekend I visited another house with Sonos devices.  I added them to my Sonos app okay and could control them, but none of them appeared as 'available devices' to send music to from the Spotify app.  Why this this?  The Sonos network was fully up to date, software wise.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

In this case, can you double check that you’ve enabled "Control Sonos from Spotify" in the Sonos app settings? Also, make sure both devices are connected to the same WiFi network.
