My Question or Issue

My Spotify application has been crashing every time I try to open it for ~2 months now. I have tried some fixes, to no avail, and need suggestions

Thanks for tellings about this! 

We'd recommend you to start with a clean reisntall. It sounds simple and is, but can have a major impact when the app is not functioning well.

Please try it out and tell us if you're able to use it without crashes!

Thank you for the advice, this does not seem to have worked though. Any other ideas?

Thanks for trying this out! 

Let's check if the phone's Settings aren't restricting Spotify in any way: 

• Mobile Settings> Apps> Spotify> Permissions. Allow everything you see there.
• Mobile settings> Apps> Spotify> Battery> Optimize battery usage> select top All (not optimized for apps)> Spotify> disable.

After doing that, you could restart the phone for maximum effect.

Thank you again for the suggestion, however once again this does not seem to have helped as it the app still crashes when I press it. Hopefully this can be resolved as I have had this issue for quite some time.
