My Question or Issue

AI DJ is completely stuck. Every day this week I was greeted and told it was Tuesday before being shown the same half dozen set of songs before I just went back to a regular playlist. App is up to date, occurs both when using headphones and connecting to car.

Playing at least one song completely from another play list has in the past solved this issue, as of this week this is no longer the case.

If possible, you can ask a friend or family member to log into their own Spotify account on your device, to see if the same thing happens to them. However, as a heads up, it looks like it might be related to the specific setup. In this case, we’re not able to confirm when or if your request about the DJ feature will be resolved.

We also suggest that you continue keeping your Spotify app up-to-date, to guarantee you get the latest features and fixes as soon as we launch them.

Issue does not happen on PC, no other device to check on unfortunately. Clearing the cache appears to have no impact. The only other solution I have discovered is completely uninstalling and reinstalling the app, which is IMO an untenable solution. No other features seem to be impacted, a nuke from orbit approach for one feature is a little much, at this point I'm likely to just not use the DJ and do things the old fashioned way.

Have you already tried any troubleshooting steps such as logging out > logging in twice in a row (this can help resync your account and device)? Does the same thing happen on another device?

What you can also do to see if it'll make a difference is clearing the cache within the app as it can cause different issues with Spotify's performance. You can take a look here.
