Desaparecio modo aleatorio para todas las canciones descargadas

• Hace unos meses que actualicé mi app en Android y cambio el menú y la vista general, pero lo único que me molestó fue que ya no puedo poner mis canciones descargadas en aleatorio, tengo que poner un solo disco o playlist.
• Por qué lo hicieron ?

Hope you don't mind us replying in English. It sounds like you're not able to shuffle play your downloaded songs. Is that correct?

If so, that's not expected and we'd like to have a closer look. Do you have an option to shuffle play? Read more about it here.

Further, did you consider reinstalling the app? That may solve a lot, but you'll have to re-download your offline music again. Send us some info along with a screenshot if it still doesn't help.

Lo que quiere decir (y también me pasa a mi) es que antes del rediseño de hace una semana al ir a la sección "Tu biblioteca" tenías 4 secciones: "Playlist", "Artistas", "Albumes" y "Canciones". Y ahora la sección "Canciones" ha desaparecido.

Antes íbamos a la sección canciones y le dábamos a "aleatorio" para reproducir aleatoriamente todas las canciones de nuestra cuenta. Ahora ya no podemos hacer eso tan básico.

¿Cómo podemos simplemente reproducir aleatoriamente todas las canciones de nuestra bilbioteca independientemente del álbum donde estén?

The function to randomize all the saved songs does not exist, they can only be put in random playlist, albums and artists, the closest is the playlist that contains your “liked songs”, even so there are other songs that we have saved without the like and they are not included in the random mode, we need the random option for all the saved songs, it would be too long to go like it one by one, thanks for reading

Lo que queremos decir les usuaries en los comentarios aquí es que, con esa actualización, desapareció la posibilidad de reproducir en modo aleatorio las canciones de la biblioteca - ojo, las canciones, no las playlist, sí? Osea, la reproducción aleatoria de todas las canciones que tienes en la biblioteca, independientemente de los albums, artistas, Playlist o canciones favoritas. Esa era una función que muchísimas personas usábamos, personalmente era mi favorita, porque muchas veces guardas muchos artistas, pero luego se te olvida que los tienes, y esa modalidad permitía redescubrir lo que tenías en tu biblioteca.  Spotify era increíble, pero eso ya hizo que bajara muchísimo el nivel de la aplicación y mi nivel de satisfacción, no tiene sentido no poder reproducir aleatoriamente toda mi colección. Por favor, pueden darnos explicaciones? Por qué quitaron esa función? Podrían considerar la posibilidad de volverla a poner?

Currently the option to shuffle-play your entire Library is not available on Spotify. You can turn shuffle on only for songs in Your Library, or any playlist, album, or artist profile. However, if you think other users might also like your suggestion, you can go ahead and create an idea on the Community.

Well, we are PAYING for an app that doesn't give what we need and WANT... Get better engineers capable to do what we need, a just simple function like a "shuffle" that have been invented in the 90s I think....
