Desktop App Blows, not to mention Android App

Hi, 

 

Has anyone else been having difficulties with both the Desktop app and Android app? It's getting to the point where I may have to switch platforms. 

 

The Desktop app is unresponsive most days, it takes about 25 minutes to fully start up and even then it's difficult to search anything. Somedays it works fine, other days I have to shut it down and wait to 25 minutes to restart it. 

and loads until I close it and then restart it. 

 

Whenever I search on the Android app upon startup it never works, it just loads. I shut it down and then it works fine some of the time. I have cleared cache, data, even deleted the app and reinstalled it, still doesn't work properly. This has been going on for a couple of months now.
