Do I need premium to listen on my phone?

Solved!

Do I need premium to listen on my phone?

Should I have to have premium still to listen on my android?

http://www.spotify.com/us/mobile/overview/

This seems to indicate that I should be able to listen for free... but if I'm misreading it could someone please clarify for me.

I only ask because I can download/log in and see the tracks but it says they are all unavailable.  Maybe I can only use it to listen to local files?

Thanks.

When they say free radio on mobile, they mean free radio on iPhone and iPad. I think because they want everyone to try the app. It's classic bait and switch.

Ok, so I should be good to go, but as I said it tells me that all of the tracks are unavailable... I've tried a clean install (as per the spotify instructions)  Cleared data, uninstall/reinstall.. What else could be going on?  A setting I'm missing somewhere maybe?

When you say "the tracks", are you referring to tracks you imported into Spotify on your desktop and then synced to your phone?

No, radio - streaming music.

Just to clarify, yes you need pay to stream music on your Android phone, but even as a paying customer you still won't have the "Radio" feature on Android.
