Dowloaded songs diasppear when i go offline

I have a premium plan on 3 different devices and they are all fine, except on an android tablet i have all my songs downloaded (over 500) and when im online theyre all there and show that they are dowloaded but when i go offline my songs go down to around 300. I have it so i can see unplayable songs but they just seem to completly disappear. Its been like this for 2-3 months. 

Any suggestions??

I've noticed the same issue for a while on spotify. But it slowly drives me nuts since there is no hope in any solution from spotify.

It also triess to play unavailable songs while in offline mode. But does not auto skip.

That moment you where going up in the music and suddenly... its dead silence...

You have to skip by hand to a playable song.

The 1 thing in common: It was available while in online mode. And was also downloaded for sure. All of a sudden, it's not anymore.

I'd better start downloading some (non-legal) MP3's MP4A and FLAC's files to make sure it works 100%.
