Downloaded music don't play

i recently bought spotify premium, and when i download my playlist the music don't play on offline mode, just online, i've already tried reinstall the app, check my storage, and follow what the spotify website says, but anything have worked.Could anyone help please?

Maybe the sounds file, which are located offline in your device, are damaged. Try deleting and downloading your library again.
