Downloaded playlists dont work

Downloaded playlists dont work

This started a few weeks back, but not to this extent where unless I'm connected to Wi-Fi I cannot listen to my downloaded playlists (which pretty much defeats the purpose, plus I suspect I'm also using my data). Also, when a song finishes, it DOES NOT go to the next song.

Important to note that I have tried reinstalling the app, BUT NOTHING HAS CHANGED.

Could do with some help please, somebody.

Have you tried deleting the cache and redownloading the files?
