Downloaded playlists have all been reset to undownloaded.

Downloaded playlists have all been reset to undownloaded.

Sometime since friday all my downloaded playlists have reset themselves to being undownloaded. Spotify is still using 1.8GB.

Galaxy Note 3, android 5.0, spoify 7.2.0.1250 armv7. I did a complete reinstall of spotify about a month ago.

Tried switching between offline and online, neither worked. Restarted phone, no change.

When I get home I will clear cache and redownload, in the mean time I have no music.

Is anyone else having this issue?

It would be nice to know why this happened so I dont get stuck with no music again.

Hey @jerrawa!

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

In this case, we think that the cache of your devices might be duplicated and this could be causing the issue. To fix this up, please remove all your offline devices over here. Then, reinstall the app following these simple steps

This should fix the issue, but you need to remove the offline device before you reinstall the app. Keep in mind that you'll have to re-sync all your offline music once again.

Let us know how you get on 🙂

Hi Marbe

I have cleared my cache and redownloaded everything. and its all working.

I do remember having that issue before and I agree its the most likely culprit.

I think I only have spotify installed on 2 devices. and I cleared that list when i reinstalled a couple months ago. I will double check all the computers at home just in case.

 Thanks!
