My Question or Issue

Ola, boa tarde.

 

Efetuei a solicitação do pacote Premium para minha conta porém até o momento não foi ativado.

Recebi no dia seguinte por e-mail a confirmação de pagamento (anexo). 

Ja entrei em contato com o banco e me informaram que o pagamento foi efetuado com sucesso, como devo proceder?

 

Obs: Possuo apenas uma conta no Spotify

Since the Community's official language is English, we hope you don't mind us replying in English.

 

First, we'd suggest heading here and checking the status of your subscription. If it shows up as Premium, we'd recommend logging out and back in your devices to shake things up. 

 

If however, it shows up as Free, it's possible that you have another account that was upgraded to Premium instead. You can check to see if you have any other accounts here.
