Every other song stops offline with premium

I have a premium subscription to Spotify. Works perfect on desktop no issues.

But on mobile when i download the tracks, every other track cuts out. I uninstalled the app and re-downloaded everything, but still the same problem.

Frankly its just annoying, i don't know whether its linked to my bluetooth headphones or not, but at this rate im tempted to cancel the whole thing. reason i bought the premium subscription was so i could use it on the way to and from work.

Any solutions? I've tried most on the community but to no avail.
