Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

The subscriptions on Spotify are recurrent. This means that every 30 days the payment will be taken automatically from the registered payment method. However, if you forgot to cancel on time and the charge was made less than 14 days ago, you can ask for a refund.

 

However, since we don't have access to users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support directly, so they can check the charge and help you further.
