Forgot username and email adress

Hello everyone,

I have a problem about my spotify account. I bought a premium account with a new email adress two months ago approximately. 3 days ago, I changed my phone that was used with spotify. Now, I cant remember my email address and my username. Because of that i can't use spotify. Could you help me, please?

If you’re not sure which email address is linked to your Spotify account, we’d recommend having a quick scan through the email accounts you own, for emails from ‘hello@spotify.com’. That way, you can determine which one you used to sign up for at www.spotify.com.

Let us know if you’re unable to track that email down, or if you've worked out which email's linked to your account.

If not, we'll see what else we can suggest don't worry 🙂

Hello again,

I cant remember my email adress that I used for premium account. Therefore, I can't sign in. So, I cannot scan. I just remember my credit card that I used to pay for premium account
