Galaxy Note 8 - Unable to Grab the Scroll Bar at Top by Triple Dots

My Question or Issue

I have a Galaxy Note 8 and when I start scrolling on a playlist when the scroll bar appears and the three dots are next to it. I am unable to grab it with my finger until it was past those three dots.

I have attached two images. One of where the bar appears and then one about where you can finally grab the bar. By the time you can grab it, it's about 30 to 50 songs down into scrolling. I know it seems silly but when you flick to make that bar appear so you can grab it with your finger and it doesn't grab, it hurts 😛
