Galaxy Watch. Can't play offline music without data off.

My Question or Issue

I've managed to log in and download a playlist to my watch. (Which wasn't at all a straight forward task, this also needs attention).

But when I'm away from my phone on my bike, I cant play music unless I go in to settings in the watch and turn off 'Mobile Data'. Which means I can't receive phone calls etc. or use the fitness app for location. As soon as I turn it off it works perfectly fine.

Im using a Bluetooth headset at the same time.
