Get rid of "Kuenstler*innen"

Is there a way to at least set the language to "english" on android app to get rid of this latest "Kuenstler*innen"? It is hurting every time I see this! The desktop app lets me choose between languages, but I cound not find it on android.

To change the language of your mobile app, you need to change the language settings on your device.
