Guys need help with the downloading of playlist

My Question or Issue

 When I upgraded my note 8 to note 9 i cant seem to download my playlist any more from my PC to my phone 😞

I did everything like uninstall, delete the cache and playlist then reinstall but nothing seem to work ;-;

What usually works is create a hotspot connection with your phone, connect your computer to it and try to sync again.
