OK, thanks. First thing is to NOT use the inviting big green "Shuffle" button but start music playing by tapping one of the songs. If the album/playlist is still shuffling, tap the song bar at the bottom to go to the cover view and the shuffle icon is at the bottom left (like a pair of crossing arrows) - if it is green, tap it to turn it off.
