How to Integratie local files with streaming music on Android app?

I have a lot of songs stored as mp3 on my computer. I know that I have to "sync" them to my mobile app to be able to listen to local files on the app. However, you have to sync them through a playlist first. I like to have all my music mixed together, so my question is, can I have a playlist that mixes local files with streaming music but only sync/downlaod the local files? I get the option of dowloading the playlist, but if I create a playlist with all my music (which includes local plus streaming), I don't want to have to download the entire playlist of 1,000+ songs.
