How to delete offline music from my smartphone?

Hello ! 🙂

I've noticed that when I untick the "Download" button of an album or a playlist in  order to remove the tracks from my phone memory, they are not deleted but just not available for listening.

Which folder or files should I remove from my phone to delete all the downloaded tracks (without affecting the settings)?

Please note that i'm running android 6.0.1

Hello @S3ndG!

If you would like to remove your downloaded songs, you can follow theses steps bellow 🙂

1. Click on 'Your Libary'
2. Click on the Settings cog (top right)
3. Scroll all the way to the bottom and click on "Delete cache and saved data"

Sorry but this tip delete also the settings and then i need to connect to my account again in order to access to spotify. 

I'm looking for the files or folders i can delete in my file Explorer in fact 👍

By the way, will the offline data be deleted automatically after a while if I just untick the button "Available offline" (for an album for instance)?

In your case I will refer you to WIKIHOW the answer is there and unticking
the album's availability does not make it dissappear.

Firstly, I would like to apologise for the late reply. I have been away for a few days. 

I have just discussed this case with others, the files should delete after a bit. 🙂 Hope this helps.
