I CANT LOGING ON ANDROID APP

• I have tryed to reset password multiples times. Log in with facebook. Delet the app and instaled again and still nothing. Can somebody help me with this please. I'm a Dancer and Choreographer from Venezuela and actually since I found spotify for me is more than a miracle to use it. My account was created in Germany and I live in Poland. It can be this the reason I can not loging? HELP!

That's not cool! First, did you change your country on your account after moving to Poland? If you did not, please try out the following steps:

1. Go to your account page - here's the link: https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/

2. Go to 'Edit Profile' and change to the country you're in

Important note: If you're using the IP address that's from your country(Poland), it will automatically appear on the country selection.

Also, can you give us the exact error message and error codes that appear when you try to login? These codes are a lot helpful when troubleshooting your issue;
