I can't open a podcast

I am not able to open a podcast. I receive an error every time I tried to open it. I can open it from other phone but not on mine.

Can you please let us know the following, so we can investigate this further:

• The model, OS version and Spotify version of your device.
• What podcast does this happen with and have you had any issues with other shows?
• Does the same happen when using a different device? What about a different connection?
• Have you tried any troubleshooting steps like reinstalling your app?

A screenshot of the error message would also be really helpful.
