I can't play my downloaded music, how do I fix it

I have tried loging in on other devices, reseting the app, reinstalling it, allowing premissions, reinstalling all of my songs and playlists but nothing works

Great initial troubleshooting! We think this could be related to the behavior reported in this thread. So we recommend having a look at it and providing us there with the info we'll need to report it. You can find the details we'll need you to send us in its status and in the pin message at the top of the thread.


If the above doesn't fit what you're experiencing, would you mind sending us the make/model and OS of the affected device along with the Spotify version you're running there? Additionally, it'll really help if you send us some further details about the behavior you've noticed.
