I can't see album cover when I'm on cellular data

My Question or Issue

I cannot see the album covers when I'm using cellular data, however I can see all of them over wifi. I have LTE conection of at least 17mbps all the time, I already tried clearing cache and all app data and also unistalling the app and reinstalling again and nothing seems to resolve the issue. I was hoping the most recent app updates would fix the issue but they didn't. Can somebody please help me?
