I've this problem often with

It says often I'm offline, even while it#s streaming music, all other App on the phone are working and have no issues.
Same problem. Recommended fixes don't work. Had posted this on the desktop windows thread by mistake.

Same problem. I have version 18.104.22.1686 armV7 installed on a Moto G5 Plus with Android 7.0
This has been happening for about 2 months. I think it coincided with the recent Spotify UI change.
I have tried:
1. logging out, logging in.
2. deleting all cached data (through the app and through the Android OS).
3. reinstalling the app.
None of the above worked. The app still cannot connect to the internet sometimes, usually when switching from WiFi to LTE, or LTE to WiFi.

We're already investigating this issue. Check out this thread and leave a vote and comment so we can keep track of how many people have this issue.
In the meantime you can do a reinstallation. You can read here how to do this. We understand it's not a solution but it could be a temporary work-around.

It's a pity: 99% of first response of any software provider is: reinstall your app/OS/programm. Instead of fixing the issues.
I reinstalled the app already several times.
I have the issue on several devices over the years.
And Spotify first response is: of course - reinstall the app... Thanks for nothing.
