I have not been abroad, but cannot log in to Spotify as it thinks I have.

Getting message that says I cannot use Spotify for more than 14 days abroad. I have not been abroad.

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome. 

 

So, according to the message you're seeing, it seems the country settings on your account don't match the country you're currently in. To check this, you can go to your Account page to verify this detail.

 

If you notice that in fact is a different country or region, you can change it. To do it, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account page.
  2. Click EDIT PROFILE.
  3. Scroll down to Country or region and select your new one from the dropdown list.
    Note: Your new country or region only shows when you’re actually there.
  4. Click SAVE PROFILE.

This should do the trick 🙂
