I joined to duo premium account of my spouse but android app doesn't work.

actually android app shows update payment error :
" premium paused your last payment didn't work ".
even though my spouse paid for it! I uninstalled and reinstalled it but still doesn't work!
by chance one time it opened! I am pretty sure that it is Spotify bug.

There's currently an Ongoing Issue where users get in-app notifications telling their payment failed, despite it being successful, or despite the fact they're part of a Duo or Family plan. Follow this thread to keep yourself updated on the matter. 
The Issue thread also recommends Duo / Family plan members to reach out to Spotify Support team.
