I signed up for premium on my laptop but my phone shows free

I signed up for the 3 month premium trial on my laptop macbook . But my gs6 edge is still showing a free account. I tried everything and this is getting frustrating.

Yes I have done those steps. It only shows free on my phone app but not on
my laptop .

Yes I have. I must have done those steps multiple times hoping that it worked.

If you could answer the questions below I can get a better idea of what's happening here and help. 

1. When you log into your account did you use an email address or your Spotify username? 

2. Do you see all your playlists in the account? 

3. Could you please attach a screenshot of what you currently see when you sign in?
