I've been a premium user, now it's not letting me use spotify on my phone

It's telling me to get premium but I already have premium, I reinstalled, signed in and out and I can't figure out what to do.

Have you checked you are showing as a premium user on Spotify.com/account

Yeah, I tried the website and it says I have the student premium, it just seems everything I do is not working

I purchased prime but it tells me I need to be a prime member before I can turn off shuffle but I am a prim member

How did you pay for it and in which country?

I paid by debit card in the US, but it worked for about half of the month and it didn't give a warning and it says I need premium on the phone. When I click the "go premium" button it takes me to my account online and says "i'm not able to make the switch". It does say I have a premium subscription online.
